Maddy Werner is a senior associate at Watauga Partners with a strong blend of financial, technical, and strategic expertise.

Prior to Watauga Partners, Maddy spent four years in Citigroup’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group where she progressed to senior associate. Maddy has performed comprehensive financial valuation modeling, led due diligence processes, developed strategic management presentations and analyses, and worked on +$20B in announced transactions. Maddy has worked on M&A, initial public offering, follow-on, debt and de-SPAC transactions across Hospitals & Health Systems, Diagnostics, Medical Technology, Biotechnology and Healthcare IT.

Maddy graduated with a B.S. in management from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with dual concentrations in finance and accounting.
